Job summary

Phil-Am Insurance Agency LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an LOA Licensed Insurance Sales Agent for a blended field and contact center role. You will help clients choose Medicare Advantage, Supplements, Life, and other insurance products while working with provided leads and enrolled customers.

The position offers hybrid work with strong training, automation & CRM tools, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance License (Preferred)
• Appointment Release from current upline (Required if currently licensed)
• Medicare Sales Experience (Preferred)
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (field & call center)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for helping clients navigate healthcare options
• Self-driven and proactive

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist clients in selecting Medicare Advantage, Supplement, Life, Final Expense, and other insurance products
• Conduct field and call center sales appointments to meet client needs
• Follow up with leads provided and guide clients through enrollment
• Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and company policies
• Build relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
