You will help clients with life and health insurance options, following up on warm leads and guiding enrollment while delivering professional service.

Qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance License is required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Comfortable using technology, CRMs, and virtual meeting tools.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm leads and prospective clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on policy options in a clear and professional manner.
- Complete applications and guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet personal production goals and maintain consistent follow-up activities.
- Utilize CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms effectively.
