Job summary
The Auto Club Group is seeking a customer‑focused Field Insurance Service Representative to assist members with insurance policies, payments, renewals and product inquiries. This role blends service, problem‑solving and sales support to promote ACG’s insurance, membership and financial products.
Based in Lockport, IL, this on‑site position offers a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays. Successful candidates will hold a Property & Casualty license and complete required training within
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Property & Casualty license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required state licenses.
- Successful completion of required training within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer insurance inquiries and explain product features.
- Process applications, renewals, billing questions, and policy changes.
- Provide quotes and refer customers to agents when appropriate.
- Handle payments, describe promotions, and support retention efforts.
