Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a customer-focused Field Insurance Service Representative to support members with insurance policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. This role combines service, problem-solving, and sales support to help members protect what matters most while promoting ACG’s insurance, membership, and financial products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to qualify for state licenses and appointments to sell and service products.
• Successful completion of training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries and explain product features and benefits.
• Provide quotes, process applications, renewals, and changes as needed.
• Process payments and support sales, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support outbound calls and assist with office events to generate revenue.
