Qualifications

• Active Mississippi Property & Casualty License required.
• Previous experience in insurance or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.

• Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the Agency with integrity and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Policy Presentations: Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products to help them make informed decisions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Payments: Assist with billing and payment inquiries in an efficient, professional and accurate manner; resolve service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing changes to policies.
• Professional Development: Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your performance and contribute to the company's success
