You will play a key role in helping new and existing customers secure the right insurance coverage by quoting, binding, and servicing auto insurance policies while delivering exceptional customer service.
To support your success in your first year, L.A. Insurance offers a $5,000 Employment Success Bonus*, paid out in milestone-based installments as you progress and meet key performance goals. Those who are bilingual in Spanish are eligible for a $7,500 Employment Success Bonus*.
You'll also have the opportunity to earn $5,000 per month during your two-month training period, with the potential to earn $50,000 to over $100,000 annually, including commissions.
You'll receive a structured two-month training program designed to fully prepare you for the role, including product knowledge, systems training, and hands-on support.
