Active Property & Casualty Or Personal Lines License Required. This position doesn’t provide training to obtain a license. Please ensure you have an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license before applying.

If you enjoy helping others and flourish in a fast-paced environment, you might be a fit for Progressive’s insurance agent position. In this work-from-home role, you’ll focus on building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls—no cold calling, no commission! You’ll assist customers with their needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer products tailored to their needs. Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and we’ll provide the technology and systems to facilitate the sales process, allowing you to focus on the customer. Join our Customer Care team at Progressive and utilize your customer service, communication, and organizational skills to grow your career. This is a remote position.

Bilingual Spanish/English positions are also available.

Must-have Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or
• A minimum of two years post-secondary education
• For bilingual roles: Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)

Start Date: June or July 2025

Schedule: Full-time, with schedules including weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after training.

Work From Home Office Requirements

• Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
• High-speed internet at your expense unless otherwise required by law
• Computer must be physically connected to the router or modem via cable (no wireless)
• Hardware must be connected to a surge protector

Compensation

• $22.00 per hour
• Gainshare annual cash incentive up to 16% of earnings based on performance
• Additional 10% for evening or weekend hours
• $1.00/hour extra for bilingual Spanish/English roles
