Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License Required. This position does not provide training to obtain a license. Please ensure you have an active license before applying.

Role Details

This work-from-home role involves building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls—no cold calling, no commission. You will assist customers with their needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer tailored products. Bring your active license, and we’ll provide the necessary technology and systems.

Bilingual Spanish/English positions are also available.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Bilingual Spanish/English: fluent in both languages (if applicable)

Additional Details

• Start Date: June or July 2025
• Schedule: Full-time, including weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after training
• Work From Home Requirements: designated quiet workspace, high-speed internet, wired computer connection, hardware connected to surge protector

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00/hour plus incentives
• Gainshare bonus up to 16%
