This is a remote position. Bilingual Spanish/English roles are also available.

Must-have Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• At least two years of relevant work experience or
• Two years of post-secondary education
• Bilingual Spanish/English (speak and read) for bilingual roles

Start Date:

June or July 2025

Schedule:

Full-time, with schedules including weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after training.

Work From Home Office Requirements

• Designated quiet workspace
• High-speed internet at your expense (unless law requires otherwise)
• Computer connected via cable to the router/modem (no wireless)
• Hardware connected to a surge protector

Compensation

• $22/hour
• Annual gainshare cash incentive up to 16%
• Additional 10% for evening/weekend hours
• $1/hour extra for bilingual English/Spanish hires
