Active Property & Casualty Or Personal Lines License Required

This position doesn’t provide training to obtain a license. Please ensure you have an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license before applying.

This work-from-home role focuses on building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls—no cold calling, no commission! You’ll assist customers with their needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer tailored products. Bilingual Spanish/English positions are also available.

Must-have Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience or
• A minimum of two years post-secondary education
• For bilingual roles: Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)

Training starts June or July 2025

Schedule: This is a full-time position. Most schedules include weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after training.

Work From Home Office Requirements

• Designated noise-free workspace
• High-speed internet at your expense unless otherwise required by law
• Computer must be connected via cable to the router or modem
• Hardware should be connected to a surge protector

Compensation

• $22.00 per hour
• Gainshare annual cash incentive up to 16% of earnings
• Additional 10% for evening or weekend hours
• Additional $1.00/hour if bilingual in English and Spanish
