Role Description

This full-time, on-site Licensed Insurance Agent role is based in Boyertown, PA. The Licensed Insurance Agent will meet with new and existing clients to assess their insurance needs, explain policy options, and recommend appropriate coverage in farm, personal, business, and life lines. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing applications, managing renewals, and handling policy changes and endorsements. The agent will respond to inquiries, assist with claims-related questions, and ensure accurate documentation in agency systems. The role also involves prospecting for new business, maintaining a strong pipeline of leads, and supporting agency growth through ethical and compliant sales practices. Compensation range is $50,000+ depending on experience level, expertise, and sales abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to match client needs to suitable products and coverage.
• Experience in an Insurance Brokerage or agency environment, including handling multiple lines of insurance.
• Solid understanding of Finance principles related to premiums, deductibles, risk assessment, and policy structures.

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license for Pennsylvania, or eligibility to obtain within a defined timeframe.
