Job summary

TruView Insurance Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage client portfolios and day-to-day policy administration. You will handle policy changes, COIs, ID cards, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities while supporting producers and carriers.

Working on a small team, you will collaborate with management to implement new products and technologies, with flexible hours and location to support growth and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Arizona Property & Casualty License is required.
• 3 years of Insurance experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an Agency Management System (Applied EPIC or TAM).
• Willingness to embrace and use new technologies.
• Growth mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive client relationships through various communication methods.
• Manage commercial lines book, initiate policy changes, issue COIs, update auto ID cards, and renewals.
• Assist in new business production by supporting producers and communicating with clients and carriers.
• Collaborate with management to implement new products, procedures, services, and technologies.
• Foster positive relationships with carriers and vendors.
• Pursue opportunities to grow insurance expertise and leadership skills.

At TruView Insurance Group, we are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to fill a key, influential roleinhelping expand our growingoffice.While helping customers with insurance needs, our next Account Manager will be directly responsible for day to day management of commercial and personal lines accounts, identifying cross selling opportunities, assisting in new business production as needed, and providing timely, professional advice to our customers.Additionally, this role will be responsible for collaboration with management on implementation of new products, procedures, and technologies in order to impact our customers and team members in a positive way.

With one-on-one Account Management of your clients, you will have the flexibility to foster your own effective communication with all of your clients needs.Working on a small team, allows you personal and professional growth opportunities as we continue to grow and expand.

• Manage commercial lines book of business including initiating and executing policy changes, issuing COIs, auto ID cards, identifying cross-selling opportunities, initiating annual policy renewals, etc.
• Assist in new business production including providing support to producers and communicating with clients and carriers
• Collaborate with management in the implementation of new products, procedures, services, and technologies
• Foster positive relationships with carriers and vendors
• Willingness to develop your insurance expertise and leadership skills

Requirements

• Arizona Property & Casualty License required
