Role Description

The Commercial Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on coverage options, preparing quotes and proposals, processing policy changes, and handling renewals and endorsements. The role involves proactively responding to client inquiries, resolving service issues, and coordinating with carriers to ensure accurate and timely policy administration. The Commercial Account Manager collaborates with producers and internal team members to identify new business opportunities, support sales initiatives, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. This position also includes maintaining detailed account records, ensuring compliance with agency and carrier guidelines, and contributing to a positive, professional office culture.
