Job Description

Responsibilities

• Engage with insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, chat, SMS, and more.
• Identify customer needs, coverage gaps, and recommend suitable Allstate products.
• Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales approach.
• Work from home while providing excellent customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target total compensation: $49,400 - $74,100/year (Base + Uncapped Incentives)
• Base pay: $17.50/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 (paid after 90 days)
• Licensing required before hire or upon start date.

Requirements
