Job summary

Providence Sacred Heart in Spokane, WA seeks a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for the night shift (10 hours/day, 4 days/week). The role includes crisis risk assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, and patient/family education in a Psychiatric Hospital setting.

Must have full licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) and Epic charting experience. On-call is not required; weekend shifts every other weekend. Hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold full licensure as a social worker; associate license not sufficient.
• Social Worker Independent Clinical License required.
• Licensure should permit independent practice and crisis assessment responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform 5150 / involuntary holds assessments and admissions screenings.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and initial evaluations.
• Provide patient and family education, support and advocacy for crisis care.

Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social worker Experience in conducting crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics Hospital experience preferred Department: Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room Work every other weekend, a Saturday and Sunday Eves: 1600-0200 If overstaffed, may be asked to float to Holy Family Hospital performing the same duties
