Job summary

Lifestance-Health in Washington is seeking Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join a patient-centered clinical team. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-person and remote flexibility, and a compensation package based on productivity.

This W2 employed position provides sign-on bonuses, a cash incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401K with 4% match and paid parental leave. We welcome clinicians experienced with adults and/or children/adolescents.

Qualifications

• Fully Licensed in Washington State.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Experienced with Adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Individual and/or couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Conduct individual and/or couples therapy.
• Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate care.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a hybrid work environment.
