Position Summary: Malvern Community Health Services is seeking an IBHS supervisor to join our team. The IBHS Supervisor’s primary responsibilities are to lead their team and manage relationships with children, families, and school communities. They will provide ongoing training and supervision of staff (BC, MT, & BHT), ensure client-centered case consultations, provide crisis intervention services, and implement behavioral modification strategies.

The IBHS Supervisor will work independently and collaboratively to support Persons Served and their significant others through entry, orientation, ongoing care, program engagement, referral, and transition processes. They will promote person-centered, recovery-oriented, and resiliency-driven care using a multidisciplinary approach to optimize outcomes in prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and transitions. The supervisor will foster an organizational culture of respect, dignity, compassion, and teamwork.
