Position Summary:
Malvern Community Health Services is seeking an IBHS supervisor to join our team. The IBHS Supervisor’s primary responsibilities include leading their team, managing relationships with children, families, and school communities. They will provide ongoing training and supervision of all staff (BC, MT & BHT) within the clinical team. The supervisor will ensure IBHS staff conduct client-centered case consultations with caregivers, school personnel, and outside providers, provide crisis intervention services as needed, and implement behavioral modification strategies.
Qualifications:
Licensed individual holding an LBS, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
The IBHS Supervisor is responsible for working independently and collaboratively to support Persons Served and their families through entry, orientation, continued care, program engagement, referral, and transition processes within the MalvernCHS IBHS program. They promote person-centered, recovery-oriented, and resiliency-driven care, applying a multidisciplinary approach to optimize outcomes in prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and transitions. The supervisor fosters an organizational culture of respect, dignity, compassion, and teamwork.
