Qualifications

• Active Connecticut HVAC license (D2, S1, S2, or S10) required.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
