Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems; repair, replace, or calibrate controls.
• Install new systems and components; relocate and expand existing HVAC systems; fabricate duct work and piping.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules; change filters; clean condensers and coils; perform duct cleaning and air quality testing.
• Receive and complete work orders; estimate materials and labor; maintain records.
• Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean; maintain inventory and coolant records.
• Assist energy manager with energy conservation surveys; respond to emergency calls as needed.
