Responsabilités

• Maintain service life of assets: HVAC, mechanical, utilities, and grounds to keep systems safe and functional.
• Operate and troubleshoot life-safety, building, and equipment systems, following manuals and blueprints.
• Collaborate with team and vendors; participate in compliance audits and departmental meetings.
