The role requires EPA Freon Certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least three years of HVAC experience or an equivalent trade certificate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EPA Freon Certification required.
• Three years' HVAC experience or an Air Conditioning Certificate from trade school.
• ACE Technician Certification is optional.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (electrical and mechanical).
• Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment.
• Install new HVAC systems and components.
• Maintain Energy Management System and assist with interviews/hiring of HVAC personnel.
• Ensure work area is cleaned after repairs.
• Receive and complete work orders and coordinate with staff.
