Formación

• Vocational or Technical HVAC training completed.
• Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License within 1 year of hire.
• Certificate 1 CFC Universal Certificate.
• 3–5 years related work experience.
• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems.
• Experience with brazing, silver solder and pipe alterations.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs and maintenance of heating/cooling and ventilating components.
• Operate, install, repair and maintain mechanical equipment (air handlers, exhaust fans, valves, controls, refrigeration, space heating/cooling).
• Respond to emergencies including floods and power outages during off hours as directed.
• Snow removal and daily record-keeping responsibilities.
• Assist HVAC supervisor in training new personnel on equipment and systems.
• Write reports as part of daily routine.
