Champion Comfort Experts is seeking a skilled residential HVAC Repair Technician in North Carolina. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, communicate issues to customers, and maintain job inventories while following company procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC services.
• Extensive knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Customer service experience required.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential HVAC systems
• Identify & communicate HVAC issues with customers
• Educate customers on their HVAC systems, functions and needs
• Maintain a fully stock inventory for each job
• Document work performed by following company procedure.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
• Set up HVAC service or installation calls when needed
