EPA certification would be preferred but isn't required for the right person.
Our Licensed HVAC Service Techs work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some on-call is required for emergency services.
You'll be traveling to customers' homes to assess their existing systems, identify repair needs and replacement opportunities, and complete high-quality services in compliance with all company and industry protocols. With a professional attitude, you'll speak with customers about their needs and clearly explain repair recommendations and service options. After gaining approval, you'll perform repairs, seasonal tune-ups, and preventive maintenance on furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning equipment, and ventilation systems.
You'll also work on refrigeration systems and follow EPA guidelines to check refrigerant levels, identify leaks, and handle refrigerants. As needed, you'll replace components like motors, capacitors, compressors, and thermostats. Before wrapping up the job, you'll test the equipment for functionality and fill out service reports and work orders. We'll provide you with a vehicle, and you'll be responsible for keeping the inventory stocked with parts and tools.
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
