Hiring: Full-Time HVAC Service Technician

Pay: Wages start at $20.00/hour with the ability to earn incentives

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Overtime is available, and some on-call is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Our HVAC Service Technicians can do it all, completing exceptional diagnostics, repairs, and replacements on various heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Using specialized tools and following all EPA/OSHA/company guidelines, you'll test and service furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, vents, air conditioners, and more. You'll inspect equipment for safety, compliance, and functioning, and complete maintenance/seasonal tune-ups to optimize the system's efficiency.

Following specifications, you'll accurately install and replace components like motors, capacitors, and thermostats. You'll also work on refrigerant systems, including checking levels, detecting leaks, and safely handling refrigerants. If you notice repair needs or potential additional services, you'll bring up your concerns to the client and clearly explain the service options and recommendations. You'll document the services you perform, maintain your tool and parts inventory, and quickly respond to emergency calls to take exceptional care of our customers!

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Washington State 06A or O6B electrician license
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems, electrical parts, and refrigeration principles
• Ability to accurately interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Ability to work independently and in various weather conditions
• Ability to serve Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Lower Valley, and Yakima
• Communication and customer service skills
• Organizational skills and efficient time management abilities
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Neat and professional appearance
• EPA certification - a bonus!

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
