Schedule is full-time, Mon-Fri 6:30AM-3PM, with responsibilities across medical gas, water, and waste systems. Applicants should have a high school diploma and apprenticeship experience, read blueprints, and maintain CMMS records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with related apprenticeship or trade program.
• Massachusetts Plumbing License required; 3–5 years of specialty experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with hospital facilities plumbing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance for hospital systems.
• Installs, maintains, and repairs medical gas, water, and waste systems.
• Keeps CMMS records and reports work completed.
• Ensures safety procedures and proper material storage.
