Job summary

The Baldwin Group is an award-winning insurance brokerage firm seeking a Client Home Specialist in Boca Raton, FL. This outbound/inbound sales role uses warm leads; licensing is provided and a 60-hour online course leads to a P&C license, with a base pay of $41,600 plus commissions.

It is a W-2 position with benefits and a 60-70K first-year total compensation potential, growing with experience.Remote work status can be earned with high performance, hours 9-5, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• We will train people with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Hospitality, various sales backgrounds (restaurant, car sales, etc.) are welcome.
• Open to a variety of experiences.
• Self-starter capable of influencing others via communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information and develops recommendations for prospective clients; presents proposals clearly.
• Communicates with clients, prospects, insurance company partners, and service teams.
• Finalizes sales, coordinates deposits, arranges binders/certificates, briefs service team.
