Job summary

The Baldwin Group in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Client Home Specialist to sell new home insurance accounts, service clients, and build relationships with prospects and partners. Training and licensing support are provided, with paid study time and a path toward a P&C license.

This role offers base pay plus commissions, clear onboarding, and opportunities for growth. On-site hours are Mon–Fri at our Boca Raton office, with a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k).

Qualifications

• We will train people with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Hospitality and sales backgrounds are welcomed.
• Self-starter with the ability to influence others through effective communication.
• Proficiency in basic Word/Excel and willingness to learn insurance software.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information and develops recommendations for prospective clients; presents proposals in detail.
• Communicates with clients, prospects, partners and service team effectively.
• Finalizes sales, coordinates deposits, bonds and certificates, and briefs the service team.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness to minimize errors and omissions.
• Maintains knowledge of insurance industry and underwriting criteria.
• Meets monthly new business goals.
• Performs other functions as assigned by leadership.
• Identifies opportunities to improve the firm and processes.
