Qualifications

• Connecticut Licensed Home Inspector or Intern Permit.
• Full-time availability; part-time considered by arrangement.
• Experience with building, structural, and mechanical systems.
• Strong client communication and teamwork.
• Ability to write clear inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive home inspections statewide.
• Prepare detailed reports using Word and reporting software.
• Explain findings clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop referral networks and maintain client relationships.
