Job summary

Health Link is seeking compassionate Licensed Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our home-based care team across multiple territories in the East Bay and greater San Francisco Bay Area. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and meaningful patient interactions in patients’ homes.

You will collaborate with clinical staff and office teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care, while meeting licensing requirements and providing safe, professional personal care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• California HHA license active and required.
• Minimum 1 year of HHA or caregiving experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to cover a 15-25 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc).
• Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Monitor patient safety and use medical equipment correctly.
• Provide skin care to prevent tissue breakdown and monitor health status.
• Take and record vital signs and communicate with the clinical team.
