Eligible candidates should have an active California HCA registration and experience delivering personal care.

Qualifications

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Experience providing personal care to seniors.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, or other languages highly valued).
• Dependable, compassionate, and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support safe mobility, walking, and transfers as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and daily routines.
• Observe and communicate any changes in a client’s condition.
• Accurately complete required care documentation.
