Beltone is hiring a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our Western Pennsylvania clinics. You will evaluate patients, discuss options, and fit and program advanced hearing devices with care and empathy.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• Experience in patient-centered care and hearing evaluations.
• Comfort with evaluating, fitting, programming, and troubleshooting hearing devices.
• Strong communication and empathy in explaining options to patients.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and interpret results.
• Identify appropriate treatment options for each patient.
• Recommend, fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing technology.
• Educate patients and families about hearing loss and communication strategies.
• Develop long-term patient relationships and provide follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical and patient records.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinical team.
• Participate in community outreach and physician relations when appropriate.
• Avoid high-pressure sales tactics and focus on informed decisions.
