Job summary

Beltone is seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our Western Pennsylvania clinics. You will lead patient evaluations from initial assessment to fitting and ongoing care, building lasting relationships with patients and families.

You will work within a supportive team, using modern fitting software and technology to deliver personalized care and follow-up. This role emphasizes patient-first care over high-pressure sales, with opportunities to grow clinically and technically.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Professionalism, reliability, and excellent follow-through
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Genuine desire to help people hear better and live better

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and interpret results
• Identify appropriate treatment options based on each patient’s needs
• Recommend, fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing technology
• Educate patients and families about hearing loss and communication strategies
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and provide follow-up care
• Maintain accurate clinical and patient records
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinical team
• Participate in community and physician outreach when appropriate
