Beltone is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our Western Pennsylvania clinics. This full-time role emphasizes patient-centered hearing care, building relationships, and delivering thoughtful evaluations and fittings without high-pressure sales.

You’ll conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, identify treatment options, fit and troubleshoot devices, and educate patients and families while collaborating with care coordinators to ensure outstanding follow-up.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania license as Hearing Instrument Specialist is required.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Genuine desire to help people hear better and live better.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and interpret results
• Identify appropriate treatment options based on each patient's needs
• Recommend, fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing technology
• Educate patients and families about hearing loss and communication strategies
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and provide exceptional follow-up care
• Maintain accurate clinical and patient records
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinical team
• Participate in community and physician outreach when appropriate
• Help patients make informed decisions without high-pressure sales tactics
• Continue to develop your clinical knowledge and expertise
