Cranston Hearing Center is hiring a Hearing Care Provider to join our Cranston, RI team. This full-time role offers a base pay and guaranteed compensation of $90,000 per year for a 40-hour week, with patient-focused care and a collaborative clinical environment.

Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser is required. You will educate patients, conduct evaluations, fit devices, and support long-term patient relationships in a supportive, growth-oriented clinic.

Qualifications

• Rhode Island licensing in hearing aid dispensing (HIS).
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High level of professionalism and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations per RI guidelines.
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing instruments.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care and patient support.
