You will conduct evaluations, recommend solutions, fit and adjust devices, and provide ongoing care in a team-driven clinic. A patient-first mindset and strong communication are essential as you help patients stay connected

• Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser / Hearing Instrument Specialist
• Strong communication and counseling skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations in accordance with Wyoming licensing guidelines
• Recommend personalized hearing solutions based on patient needs, lifestyle, and goals
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing instruments for comfort and performance
• Provide follow-up care, counseling, and long-term patient support
• Perform in-office cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
• Educate patients and families on hearing health and device use
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional clinic standards
• Build long-term, trusted patient relationships rooted in empathy and education
• Deliver compassionate, supportive care that aligns with our patient-for-life philosophy
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical workflows
• Contribute to a positive, team-centered clinic environment

Work Location: In-person – Laramie and Cheyenne, WY with availability to treat patients in Torrington, WY as needed. Total Compensation: $80,000.00
