Beltone Hearing Care Center in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our patient-focused hearing care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships, advanced hearing technology, and a supportive clinical environment, without high-pressure sales tactics.

In this in-person role, you will conduct evaluations, fit and program devices, and provide ongoing follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser or HIS in Wyoming
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Patient-first mindset
• Detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations per Wyoming guidelines
• Recommend personalized hearing solutions based on patient needs
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing instruments
• Provide follow-up care and patient education
• Perform in-office cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
• Educate patients and families on hearing health
• Maintain documentation and clinic standards
