Beltone Hearing Care Center in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our patient-focused hearing care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships, advanced hearing technology, and a supportive clinical environment, without high-pressure sales tactics.

In this in-person role, you will conduct evaluations, fit and program devices, and provide ongoing follow-up care.

What You Will Do

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations in accordance with Wyoming licensing guidelines

Recommend personalized hearing solutions based on patient needs, lifestyle, and goals

Fit, program, and adjust hearing instruments for comfort and performance

Provide follow-up care, counseling, and long-term patient support

Perform in-office cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor repairs

Educate patients and families on hearing health and device use

Maintain accurate documentation and professional clinic standards

• Build long-term, trusted patient relationships rooted in empathy and education

Work Location

In-person – Laramie and Cheyenne, WY with availability to treat patients in Torrington, WY as needed.

Total Compensation

Guaranteed minimum total comp $80,000.00 based on full-time/40 hours per week
