Responsibilities include prospecting, needs assessments, policy Education, and building a book of business through referrals. Flexible work-from-home options are available, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.
• Familiarity with ACA, Medicare, or Life insurance products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and enroll clients in Health and Life insurance plans.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor coverage options.
• Maintain and grow a book of business through referrals and networking.
• Educate clients on policy benefits, coverage details, and plan comparisons.
• Stay current on carrier products, compliance, and regulations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide ongoing client support for policy changes and renewals.
