This is a W2 position that pays a base hourly pay, plus commission! This is a direct placement opportunity.

Work from Home (equipment provided)

Qualifications:

Candidates MUST already hold an active health license for the state they reside in.

Job Description:

• The Licensed Virtual Benefit Advisor's responsibilities include selling and enrolling retirees into appropriate insurance products including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, dental plans, and advising Pre-Medicare eligible recipients of their options.
• This is done primarily through providing Medicare education, conducting needs analysis, and assisting retirees in selecting appropriate plans for their needs.
• PRE-SET APPOINTMENTS - NO COLD CALLING

Hours:

• Training Hours: 8am-4:30pm CST
• Shift Hours (+ potential for OT): Hours of Operation range from 7am-10pm CST Monday through Friday + requests for OT during weekends

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr.
