Blo Blow Dry Bar in Franklin, TN is seeking talented hairstylists to maintain a professional, welcoming salon environment and deliver exceptional customer service. You will participate in ongoing training and have opportunities to cross-train in makeup or advance to senior stylist or management roles.

The role requires a state cosmetology license, weekend availability (Saturday required; Sunday/Friday optional), and a passion for beauty.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license valid in the state.
• Ability to work weekends, with Saturday required and Sunday and Friday availability preferred.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate peak hours (Thu–Sat).
• A passion for beauty and cosmetology and making clients feel better.
• Salon experience is an asset.

Responsibilities
