Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Licensed Group Counselor to provide group psychotherapeutic services under supervision, in a healthcare setting in New Jersey. The role requires a Master's in Social Work or related field and an NJ LSW or Associate Counselor license, plus at least 1 year of healthcare experience.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one weekend day per pay period and two holidays per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related Mental Health Counseling field is required.
• NJ Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Associate Counselor License is required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant healthcare experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office/Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide group psychotherapeutic services under clinical supervision.
• Hours are Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with one weekend day per pay period and two holidays per year.
