Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin with securities licensing (SIE, Series 7 and 66) and learn foundational advisory skills. You’ll build client relationships, provide tailored financial guidance, and advance to Stage II as you progress through the Academy.

You’ll train toward licenses, work with banking and investment partners, and grow within a supportive, office-based environment designed for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions Bank of America and Merrill offer.
• Build and deepen client relationships across a portfolio of clients with a consultative approach.
• Support ongoing training and licensing milestones through structured study time and coaching.
