Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and learn to acquire, build and manage client relationships while guiding clients through their financial picture.

You'll train at a financial center, progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, and later advance within Bank of America and Merrill, supported by the Academy’s programs, tools, and resources along your career journey.

Responsibilities

• Build a successful career with training and onboarding programs.
• Get training and one‑on‑one coaching from Academy managers who are invested in your success.
• Grow your business knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Earn SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within structured timelines.
• Build your network by interacting with banking customers, small business owners and high net worth clients.
• Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
