Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin by obtaining required Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66), and then to acquire foundational skills in advising clients, building relationships, and guiding financial decisions to improve clients’ lives.

Initially based in an in-office environment with structured training, you will advance through the Academy to broader advisory roles within Bank of America and Merrill, expanding your client portfolio

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end comprehensive financial advice and client reviews/presentations.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
• Build and deepen client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the portfolio.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and licensing timelines.
