Job summary

Schwab is seeking a Licensed Financial Services Representative in Orlando to guide clients through meaningful financial conversations with licensed expertise. You will be the trusted voice on the phone, listening actively, resolving complex needs, and delivering an exceptional client experience with clear communication and empathy.

Starting compensation for this location ranges from $57,700–$66,200, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of base pay and other eligible earnings.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Customer-focused with ability to convey information clearly.
• Growth mindset, openness to feedback.

• Able to work with a supportive team and adapt to change.
• 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday during Schwab's 24-week training program, on-site.
• Post-training shifts may include evenings, overnight, and weekends; some remote opportunities for qualifying shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
