You must hold a stationary engineers’ license, have 3–5 years of related experience, and be able to lift 50 lbs. The schedule is 35 hours weekly with some evenings and weekends, and benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Stationary engineers’ license required and eligible for Providence Stationary Engineer license.
• 3–5 years of broad experience in building maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings; able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work independently and follow directions; good safety practices.
• High School diploma or GED.

Aufgaben

• Maintain, repair and operate building systems and equipment.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic repairs.
• Conduct ground maintenance and snow removal as needed.
• Assist with security and room setups.
• Check email daily and respond promptly.
• Collaborate with External Relations for outreach and fundraising support.
