Hand & Stone Asheville is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment; it’s the chance to make a positive impact on clients’ lives.

With innovative services and customized long-term plans, our estheticians are empowered to make a client’s facial appointment the best hour of their month! We offer flexible schedules, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement, with compensation ranging from $35,000

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
