Job Summary (WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR):
‘Skin Care Trainer’ is skoah skin klinik-speak for an Esthetician. Our Skin Care Trainers provide our customers with high-performance skincare products and attentive skin care workouts, generating lasting results and building long-term customer relationships. From recent esthetics graduates with little or no experience to experienced estheticians, we provide extensive product knowledge, facial protocol, and customer interaction training you need to succeed. We are looking for amazing people to join us on our journey and grow their career at our brand new Skoah Klinik Boston-South End location!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed to practice esthetics in Massachusetts is a MUST
• Experienced estheticians and new graduates
• Certification in Microneedling preferred
• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred
• Aesthetic Registered Nurses are welcome to apply
• Obsessive about hands-on facial practice
• Intuitive, empathetic, and passionate about personal care
• Considers facial as part of wellness routine, not just an indulgence
• Utilizes good body mechanics to provide beneficial and healthy services
• Communicates effectively regarding skin care regimes and product recommendations
• Takes responsibility for customer care and confidentiality
• Builds clientele and promotes customer retention
